Terms

About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and your visit to Sparkle Wellness Spa, OU Colony, Shaikpet, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500104. By booking or receiving a treatment you agree to them.

Our treatments

Sparkle Wellness Spa offers professional wellness and massage treatments only. Everything on our menu is a relaxation treatment. None of it is medical care, and none of it is meant to treat any condition.

The treatments, session lengths and descriptions on this website are given in good faith. Availability can change from day to day; we will tell you when you book if something is not available.

Your health

Please tell us before your session about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, skin conditions, allergies or any medical condition. Your therapist may adjust a treatment, or suggest a different one, if a treatment is not suitable for you. If you are unsure, ask your doctor before booking.

Bookings and walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is free. Booked appointments are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. If you need to cancel or move a booking, please call or message us as early as you can, so the time can go to another guest.

Conduct

We expect every guest to treat our therapists and staff with respect. A therapist may end a session at once if a guest behaves inappropriately, and we may refuse service in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website include taxes. We confirm the price of your treatment when you book or when you arrive, and you pay at the spa.

This website

We work to keep the information here accurate, including our address, phone number and opening hours, but it can change. If something matters to your plans, please confirm it with us by phone or WhatsApp. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp, are provided for convenience; those sites are run by others.
